No. Joomla 1.6 is still in beta. You will have to wait for a stable release. 8-)

And that site makes some of the worst designed/wriiten templates in the business. Some others are SiteGround and AHA! Designs.
I wouldn't care if they had Joomla! 1.7 templates.
