http://www.artisteer.com/?p=help_dnn shows a list of Places to insert DNN modules. I don't see that list of places in the Artisteer software under the Page Layout tab. What is the procedure to have all of those Places in every skin created? That feature would give the ultimate flexibility down the road, huh.

Those places will automatically be in every skin.

Once you generate your skin and install it on DNN the content panes will be visible in "edit" mode when logged in as an admin.
You can then insert modules into those panes using DNN (not Artisteer).
