I created and downloaded my skin to my dotnetnuke website online, but every time i try to apply the skin, it gives me this error on top of the page:
Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/_default/skins/onenation/page-admin.ascx, Error: The file '/DesktopModules/ArtMenuSO/ArtMenuSO.ascx' does not exist.
I have noo idea what that means. I wish I could figure it out, but I JUST learned how to use dotnetnuke and learned skinning two days ago. Can anyone help?

For DNN4, you need to install the menu module.

When you export your skin from Artisteer (as a DNN 4 skin) you should get two ZIP files. One is the actual skin. The other is called ArtMenuSO.zip and it is the file that your system is looking for. Upload that first, then the skin ZIP file.

ArtMenuSO.zip must be installed as a module, not a skin file.
Login to your DotNetNuke Administration.
Go to Host -> Module Definition.
Select the "Install New Module" option.
Browse for the ArtMenuSO.zip file, and then click the "Install New Module" link.
Please see this page for more details: http://www.artisteer.com/?p=help_dnn

Maybe I missed a step in generating my skin, but I didn't get an ArtMenuSO.zip. I got a zip file named for the skin name, and a .artx file with the skin name.
This is the first time I've tried to build a skin, so be patient.

There are two versions of files that Artisteer can create. One for older DNNs and another for newer DNNs. Make sure that you choose the correct one.

They told me when I signed up for hosting that they were running DNN 5, so that's how I generated it. I just checked the Host settings and it looks like they are running 4.07!
