I asked the following question in the support area 6 days ago (the 18th) and I have not received an answer yet so I figure I ask it here see if someone else has come up on the same problem...

"I created a skin to be used in a DotNetNuke site.
In this site I have a module from Bring2Mind called Document Exchange.
The Ski doesn't work well with it.

If you go the link below, you will see what I mean.

http://grahamlawfirm.info/Documents/PublicDocuments.aspx

I wonder what can be done to fix this problem."

If anyone wants to see what it is supposed to look like, there is a screen print at this location: http://www.snowcovered.com/Snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=242&PackageID=8358

I would appreciate any input

:-) Thank you I didn't think about that. I just tried the block container on a different page and that worked.

I left the page with the link above alone to see if support answers. I hope they do fix the Article container.

Your welcome, glad that worked.

(Best way to get their attention is to create a Support case.)

Yes, the support case is how I first did it back on the 18th. I sill don't have an answer from them. I even reminded them on the 22nd just in case it got lost, but nothing yet. They have been prompt before when I had questions but not this time.

That's odd, I've had pretty good luck with them. Try being as specific as possible -- sending explicit, annotated screen shots is best -- so that they can see the exact issue clearly -- and reproduce it.

Also if this is a high priority for you, I would reiterate that as well. Anything to get on their radar screen. :-)

(I also need the Article container working well, as sometimes I have to use the block container to get certain things to display correctly.)

I noted problems with containers as well. In my case the CSS for the container set width=95%. That seems to be the cause of some odd behavior. Including the DNN forum module not displaying properly.

I finally got an answer today from support. Here is the reply.

We apologize for the delay in responding.

Unfortunately this module uses too many inline css styles which conflicts with Artisteer generated styles.
Please try using the default Minimal Extropy container instead of the Artisteer one.
For this go to the Bring2mind Module Settings > Page Settings > Module Container and select Minimal Extropy container from the list.
After that it should look better.

So thanks mwoffenden for your answer. Using the Artisteer block container was a better choice for the look of the site than using the default they suggest.

Funny thing is that even though Bring2Mind " uses too many inline css styles" it is compatible with other skins including Artisteer's own block container.

Omeszar - what are you using now on that public page? It looks great, and I need the same solution on a DNN6 site.
