Hi,
I use Microsoft Live Writer to do all my postings on my blogger blog. If I used Artisteer, will I still be able to use Microsoft Live Writer. And will Artisteer keep all adsense ads - like take over my existing blog flawlessly without any kinks?

No problem at all using Windows Live Writer (WLW) with an Artisteer template for Blogger.
As to your second question about AdSense ads and taking over your existing blog, the answer is more complex.
If by "blog", you mean your current collections of articles, posts and commentaries; then there is no problem.
However, if by "blog", you mean using current template, then it's not really that way that Artisteer works. With Artisteer, you create a brand new template instead of simply updating an existing template. Of course, after that, you can start customizing it but you must do it manually by changing the code in the template and if you republish your template with Artisteer, a lot of your personal customization will be blown away; meaning that you will have to re-create them.
For the Adsense ads, they shouldn't be any problem by personally, I have some problems with my Adsense ads on my blog when I check it with IE7. However, other people don't seem to have the same problem even when they visit my own site; so I suppose it's more my personal installation of IE7 on my machine which must be more or less crappy.
