Module Behavior

I created a skin for DNN 4.9.5 and it was looking good. I imported into my website and WTH! headers are off line, pager settings went crazy, login fields are as wide as the screen, the module I created with gridviews is I don't know what!

How do I fix it? I removed all the styling that I had and allowed Artisteer to take over and it still looks terrible. Do I have to edit the Artisteer style sheets?

Gordon,
Hard to tell what happened without seeing the site. I've built about 15 sites on DNN 4.9.2 usng Artisteer 2.3 now. The only issue I've run into is to reset the margin on the article img class from 1em to 0em.

Silly question - did you export for DNN 4.9 or 5.x?

I exported to DNN 4.9.

I've posted a few pics to show the formatting issue. Please look at

I have gone into the CSS files and edited items. Is there a simple soution or am I going to be required to surgically correct each item?
Thanks

Artisteer does some funky things with tables and has some issues around widths (for example the login). Articles are a bigger problem than blocks, for some reason.

My method is to keep a file of CSS "tweaks" and manually add them to the end of the CSS file produced by Artisteer. And since most skins produced by Artisteer use the object naming scheme, the tweaks work as-is across many different skins.

Anyway, a small price to pay for the productivity that Artisteer delivers!
