In some WP themes, one can have the various pages as a menu with child pages found in that pages dropdown menu, while there is a secondary submenu/subnav bar that can display categories and children of those categories as drop down menus. Is there any way to prepare a theme to do this in Artisteer?

Artisteer doesn't support adding categories to navigation menu, following thread may be helpful:
