All the pages work fine on my Wordpress site, but the single.php. When a visitor clicks on the title of a blog, the blog appears, but with a strange layout. Most disturbingly: the sidebar doesn't show, despite the comment being there in the single.php file.
What could cause this, and how can I solve it?

Did you make some changes after exporting the theme from Artisteer

No, I did not.
It has been like this since I installed it, and I only read about 'single.php' yesterday, on another forum.

If you switch back to the default WP theme, does it work OK ?

yes - it only happens in the Artisteer made theme

I have, but the amazingly non-useful response I got is literally: "artisteer themes are 100 percent error-free".
It made me almost choke in my own laughter to read a response like that...
Only in the Artisteer theme does the sidebar not appear, and only in Artisteer theme is it impossible to leave a comment.
And to then bluntly state as a representative of Artisteer that 'artisteer themes are 100 percent error-free' does make me want a refund as well as an apology...
unbelievable...
what arrogance.
i shall say that to my customers in future, even when stuff doesn't work: 'my products are 100 percent error-free'.

Your sidebar works on my computer. On your blog page OK, and on an article page OK !
Don't understand what you mean? or maybe the problem is solved ?
I don't know if it is because i'm in french, but your website is very slow here (more than 1 minute to load the page)

It now works because the theme now is a WordPress theme.
The Artisteer theme simply will not work without two major errors: the sidebar and the comments option.
It is probably slow, because it has to upload from South Africa....
