I can't get the Comment function to work.
Despite there being a 'Comment' showing when hovering over 'No Comment' there is no way of leaving comments.
Every possible thing to enable commenting has been ticked, and when I click on the hovered 'Comment', the new url shows "www.mysite.com/#respond", but there is no form or anything to actually respond....
Any advice on how to solve this?

Try installing default theme for testing purpose

Have done so, and none of the problems exists with default themes, or even with free WP-themes downloaded from the internet....
