Hi,
I am trying to put the word "Pages" above my pages in the right block.

This is something I think is done in the sidebar. But I can't get it.

It looks to me like when you made the theme you didn't want "Block Headers" so you'd need to do that in the Theme design

If you don't change something in your dynamic sidebar after exporting, it'll automatically display word pages above page list.

is there any way to do it without the software? I already did many edits to the styles.

Export the modified theme and use a text compare (examdif) tool and look at the style.css, merge the bits you want, and number one rule back up the master files.

Widget sends widget title and content to sidebar, and it is upon your sidebar css to which to display and which to remove, you should study the sidebar code to display the widget title as per your needs.
