Check with artisteer via support if you think something is wrong !

Did your Artisteer start displaying "trial" watermarks again after activation, you should try setting display watermarks to no as following: Export options-> watermark-> no

Same Problem for me : I need to activate every time I reboot my Macbook (Snow Leopard).
I've copied my license key in a .TXT on my desktop so I can Activate quickly
It's not THE solution, but it's easy like that !
I hope 2.4 will fix that and will allow vertical menu ! And I hope Mac Version will be out the same day as Win Version !

Happened again today, tried to import a custom logo header, wouldn't work. Tried a few times, nothing was happening. Closed Artisteer and re-opened, now it wants me to activate again.

I contacted them.
it was 10 days ago and they gave me the new beta before it's out.
The problem is fixed if you activate by the website (and not by the software)

I just contacted support. I don't know how to activate by the website - just clicked the link in the activation box after upgrading. I put in my license key but it would not work.

I contact support and they were fabulous! I was using an improper license code and they sent me my invoice - put it in and it worked like a charm through the program.

Just so it might help others, you say in the previous post 'I put in my license key but it would not work' ! Why was this one wrong ?

This is also happening to me. I've had to reinstall Artisteer at least 2 dozen times...... I've contacted support.... They sent me a new 'test' version... Same thing keeps happening. I honestly believe Artisteer is not looking after Mac users. I understand that the app for Mac is still in Beta but honestly.. Do you think before they release 2.4 for Windows they would at least put out 1 Final release for Mac? It's only fair.
I guess I'm a sucker for having purchased the program when I only own a Mac. That's what I'm lead to believe.
