hi,
is there any method or option to add more menus (scrolled down) to the upper bar? i'm using version 2.3

Hi There,
As you are in the WP forum I'm assuming you are actually asking for Wordpress ?
If so, the menu is automatically built up as you add pages/categories to your WP site via the admin part of your website.
This is Wordpress 101. Suggest you check out the beginners docs at the wordpress web site...

Are you asking to add submenus, you should simply add a suppage(child of a page) and it'll start displaying under drop down menu.
