Need help with Google Custom Search |

Hi,
I'm looking to place a google custom search in the header and would like the results to show up in my site (iframe option). I have adsense account, and I get the code there.
I have been able to place the code in the header, but I don't get any results displayed. I even created a new psge, and put the google code there, but still no results.
I am evaluating this software, and I will most likely buy it, but the templates I need to build all must have a google custom search.
Can you help please?

I was able to do it in static mode, but would like to do it in WP.
