I felt compelled to add my two cents to this topic. When I started using Artisteer I only used it for Joomla, Wordpress, stuff like that. My first template in Dreamweaver didn't make me very happy.
I have CS4 now with live preview. So I decided to give it another try on a recent project. I cannot express how happy I am now. The more you now about CSS and style sheets, the more you understand how very much time this product saves, especially when the customer asks for some color changes that I used to have to make extremely elaborate plans to accommodate. The amount of time saved just on this one site was well worth the price. I think when one is being overly critical of what it doesn't do, they miss what it does do, which is a lot!
Can it use improvement? Likely every piece of software will need constant improvements. But if I had to do it all over again, I would buy this product in a heartbeat, even if it was just for the HTML template ability.
