For a very simple site I need to use a left navigation menu, instead of horizontal. I tried simple sidebar navigation, but that means I have( max) 9 widgets with the same name in the left sidebar.
I don't see how to do this in Artisteer. I'd like to have the link in a separate box,
see http://wordpress.mantamedia.nl > like team.
But this is made in simple sidebar navigation, which I don't want to use for all the links. There need to be an easier way!
Does some one know how?

I know this doesn't help you immediately ( and this is a very much requested feature ), but 2.4 ( January sometime ) has vertical menu capability...

I think you wanna display the said link in your sidebar, you can do it adding the text widget to your sidebar and placing that link in text widget.

@Garry: It is a workaround solution, but gives also 9 widgets with the same name in the widget sidebar. But thanks for your help!

Not sure if the answers were clear, or they worked for you but we use 1 text widget with all the links in it. Not seperate text widgets for each page.
You should have a widget built-in thats called "pages" and I assume you did a layout without any nav at the top, this widget will pick up the pages as you add them. It gets a little hairy if your doing sub-sub-pages.
Set a nice little bullet for your "blocks" and that should hold you over till Artisteer gets us the real vertical nav setup.
