Center dual lines of Menu |

Currently manipulating CSS to get the alignment in the menu of :
testing.walstoncourage.com to work. The 'centering' menu option in the software was set, but doesn't seem to work for the second line of buttons.
Anyone else have a resolve for this?

It is single line menu which gone to two lines because of lot of menu items, I think you can't center the second line.
