Full width header background with a regular header in foreground |

Hi All,
I'm hoping to get some help. I've read the different posts on full width header options and changing css, but I would like to have the full width header option but with an actual header image on top of the repeating header background. I thought by using a background image and foreground image, Artisteer would provide me with the options, but instead it combines both images into, instead of two. I can make the header 100% in width, but don't know how to add the regular header that is supposed to show up centered on the template.
Can anyone help?

You need to create a new div in header, place your foreground image in that div and align it properly by applying margin:auto if you need to place it on center otherwise mention margin left and margin top.
