I would like to make a WP theme that does not include a nav bar. Is there any way to remove the nav bar completely from an artisteer theme?

You can exclude top navigation menu going: Layout-> Page layout-> Simple, in Artisteer

Artisteer provide lot of page layout options, you can also exclude/include sidebars going layout-> columns

Can I import a Wordpress theme in Artisteer and work with her? change sidebar, change/remove the menu. I ask you this, because there is a theme that I like a lot, but I want to remove the menu and I don´t see the option there (in the theme). I thought that maybe including her in this program will let me remove it.

Artisteer doesn't support opening/editing non Artisteer themes.
