I created a template and when I uploaded it to my test blog and then added the posts from my actual blog the widgets in the side bars dropped to the bottom of the page. I used a 2 sidebar template from the program. Any ideas or help on how to fix this would be great.

This is a current limitation of Artisteer 2.3. You can only have a single sidebar in one side. you can have a 3 column sidebar but the problem is that you must make sure that it is in this ratio:
one sidebar must be 150
another sidebar can be 250
content must be 500
and all overall area must be 1000.
if you want to have two sidebar in the same side then the combination must be 150-150-600 so it always hits 900, the spaces are 10 and your sidebar don't drop once deployed to Blogger.
That way it will work perfectly fine. otherwise yes there is issues with this right now and you simple work them out.
Hope this helps

Makes sense, I'll mess with it and see what happens.
Thanks

I agree with "Avatar" but it may also happen that an image wider that width of content(posts) area is cause if the issue.

Actually that is never a issue, the only thing that happens is that they will overlap into the sidebar. the same with elements you put in the sidebar.
