I'm almost there with my fluid width layout except for two things. If someone could I help I'd be really appreciative!
bwwp.net is the test environment for this site.
I want the middle column to be fluid and 100% wide within the container with the other columns fixed. It's kind of working here with the content set to:
.art-contentLayout .art-content { position: relative; margin: 0; padding: 0; border: 0; float: left; overflow: hidden; min-width: 50%; }
but it doesn't fill the screen. Any other way I try to set it it either overflows over the right column or pushes the right column underneath the content.
The other hope is to left align the header image. I've tried it a couple different ways but can't get it to stick aligned left. Any ideas?

Have you placed something in your middle column, empty column doesn't fill screen
