Automatic translation doesn't work with included .mo files

Hi!
I am needing to use a "complete" de.mo file because I am using a lLanguage switcher plugin.

Some phrases are hard-coded into the Artisteer templates (for example "Leave a Reply" on the comments.php file, which is not translated in the de.mo file.

Artisteer version 2.3.0.20943 did not provide/generate any .po files, so that I cannot fix this. I do not want to hard-code any one specific translation.

Looking forward to a solution...
Thanks
Peter

On further examination, it looks like there is a coding problem on the comments.php page

All of the phrases are to be found correctly in the de.mo file, but there is probably a coding error somewhere:

For example: line 189
 <h3><?php comment_form_title( __('Leave a Reply', 'kubrick'), __('Leave a Reply for %s', 'kubrick') ); ?></h3>

should generate a German translation, but something is stopping this (and all other pdisplayed parts from this page, to stay untranslated.

Thanks, Peter
