After giving up on Artisteer I decided to try it again with the update, but still having IE problems. How do I fix the large space in the Categories sidebar?
It displays fine in FF and messed up in IE.

You must be running a different version if IE than me, because it looks fine.
I'm running 8, what version are you seeing the problem in ?

IE 6 only because my clients still want me to check stuff using it. I check my work in multiple browsers.
I guess it is time to tell them that ie6 is dead and hope most people have updated by now. I have one client who really gets mad if I don't check work in older versions of IE.

If you look at the page source in both FF and IE there are three categories listed that get a 404 when accessed. They appear just before the category "Beads'. It give three blank lines in IE but FF seems to ignore them.

Maybe a permalink problem. Just guessing.
