I'd like to make my menu tabs/buttons smaller than my menu bar. I've looked for the coding in the CSS file but I cannot find it. Could someone point me to the right areas? Thanks.

I think Artisteer menu consists of images, so you also need to look into your images folder.
class .art-Menu controls the rendering of navigation menu and a function defined at last of your functions.php have all the navigation code.
