I have just made my first WP template with Artisteer upload it to the server followed all instructions for installing the theme and it will not display. It says the template is missing. I checked in the cpanel file manager and all the files are there as far as I can tell but it appear that WP does not see them.
Anyone have nay ideas? I am very new to this and have a learning curve to jump.
Thank you in advance for any help you may extend.

I guess you didn't send the files in the right place.
You have to upload them in the :
/wp-content/themes
directory

There may be two things:
1- I think you are trying to upload a company homepage template or Joomla template on a Wordpress installation. If it is the case, In Artisteer click Ideas tab, on your right side there is a sub tab named exports showing logos of all the supported CMSs(Joomla, Wordpress, Blogger, Drupal) Click that logos, select Wordpress, click Export on top of your Artisteer, export as folder, upload/install it to your Wordpress installation and you'll be good to go.
2- You can output your designs as two types from Artisteer, one "save" & "save as" and second is "export", you should export your theme and upload to your server.
