Having:
A trail version artisteer 2.3 beta
Newest community 5.1.x DotNetNuke version
After quickly creating my DotNetNuke skin i went to host --> Extensions --> Import wizard.
I selected the generated Zip and got the following warning from DNN.
"If you have reached this page it is because the installer needs to gather some more information, before proceeding.
This package does not appear to be a valid DotNetNuke Extension as it does not have a manifest. Old (legacy) Skins and Containers do not contain manifests. If this package is a legacy Skin or Container Package please check the appropriate radio button below, and click Next."
Missing a manifest?

My bad...
I did forgot to look at the export options.
Anyway it should ask for which version of DotNetNuke..

I just downloaded the trial and ran into the same thing. Would be excellent if the software asked for the DNN version.
