widget area 'sidebar4' not there? |

In artisteer I created 4 area's where I want to have widgets, left, ride, on top of the post space and underneath the postspace. If I export the theme it creastes 4 php files for the 4 different sidebars, so that seems to work fine so far.
If I go to the widget area in the wordpress dashboard however, I only have 3 sidebars to widgetise. The one on the bottom of the posts does not show. I looked in to the different sidebar php files and in the functions.php, but I can't really find a problem there. Does anyone here know why the 4th widget place does not show? the item I placed there in artisteer is the archives, and they show up on the right spot, but i don't want them there, I just want a widget spot there, and that seems not to be created.
An other option would be to make a widgetpage template, but i'm not sure how to do that either.

Wordpress doesn't allow widgets in footer, you can add widgets to sidebars only

Thank you for your answer. It is not the footer yet though. It is above the footer. And the widgetarea above the post is allowed as well. This is not a sidebar either.
Here is a picture to show what i want:
Sidebar area's 1, 2 and 3 are working.
I want to be able to put a widget under the page name, and to do it like this would solve the problem, but if someone has another suggestion I'm happy with that too.

You can see an example on http://www.lillastrackas.se/wp. Here you can see I put breadcrumbs in widget area 3, that's working fine.

You need to set this up in layout under search position, blogroll position, category position etc etc.
I've already done with your asking in several websites. So I know it works.

@Sam: That is really strange because I did exactly what you desicribe in your post. And the thing I put in area 4 shows up indeed. But it is not a widget area in wordpress.
