Hi!
I have just made a new layout for my wordpress blog with Artisteer.
I already exported it, so now i have a file in my documents.
What do I do with this file?
I can't find how to pu the new theme into Wordpress.
I don't know how to work with Filezilla and such.
Is there a easy way to upload my new theme so I can use it?
Please help me out, thank you!

It is very easy to upload and install a theme on your Wordpress installation, just upload your theme(using FTP) to themes folder under wp-content folder and install it from appearance-> themes from your Wordpress admin. Following tutorials may help:
