Shifting the sidebar down? |

Hi,
I would like to shift the sidebar a little bit down so that the sidebar does not begin directly under the navigation bar but a little bit under. I would like some space between navigation bar a sidebar.
Is this possible? and if so what do I have to change in the code to get this result?
