What's this part called?

Look at http://myartisteer.com/!arty-smarty/ What do you call the parts where it says Newsletter or Contact Info - only the part I'm talking about on my site is the colored "box" that the category headline text goes into... Can't figure out what you CALL that box so I know how to change the background color of it! I did the Arty Smarty template. The actual .artx file is in the .zip archive, which you can download, import into Artisteer and play around with.
