I know this comes up all the time and I know that the top menu feature of Artisteer is fatally flawed, but here goes.

I have a top menu bar and I have three pages in this hierarchy in my WP blog

- About
- Test Page
---- Test Subpage

I have the theme set to show Subitems->multilevel

On the top bar it shows buttons and it even shows the dropdown for the Test Subpage, but there is no text. These are just blank buttons. The links work, everything is right, but it's like the fonts match the background or the z-index of the type is lower than the buttons or something.

Any ideas? I'm thinking of asking for a refund. Not very pleased.

I have a semi-random test theme up at http://JumpsHigher.com

PS - I have tested this with the exact same results in Firefox 3.05, IE8, Opera, and Chrome.

Well, no mystery why it's the same in all browsers. Here's the code being generated:

<ul class="art-menu">
<li class="page_item page-item-2">
<a href="http://jumpshigher.com/about" title="About"><span class="l"></span><span class="r"></span><span class="t"></span></a>
</li>
<li class="page_item page-item-67">
<a href="http://jumpshigher.com/test-page" title="Test Page"><span class="l"></span><span class="r"></span><span class="t"></span></a>
<ul>
<li class="page_item page-item-69"><a href="http://jumpshigher.com/test-page/test-subpage" title="Test Subpage"></a>
</li>
</ul>

In other words - there's no anchor text!

Hi, TomL

Have you checked the submenu bar font color?
