Hi, please, check my screenshot:

Why it shows this white space below the footer? Is OK in Firefox and IE, it's only in Chrome. Maybe is something I can change in CSS code?

I know it is not Artisteer fault. But if I can fix it changing something in the code, it will be ok.

Thank you, guys!

I have created a theme for a friend of mine and she wants to add a banner to the footer, which seems to push the footer up and creates white space below it. Is there any way to get around that (aside from not adding anything to the footer)?

I normally work with Drupal. Is there an easy option in Wordpress to have additional regions or how could you add blocks that show up on every page?

Thanks.

You need to create that block in footer.php of your theme in order to display your banner in footer. It'll be an easy trick as you can create a simple block with HTML and CSS and place you banner in it.

Otherwise there are lot of banner plugins available for Wordpress, you should search whether someone fits your needs
