Navigation text jumps in IE 8 |

The navigation text jumps about 2 pixels to the left the first time you go near it.
Only happens once but if you go to a new page it happens again when you go to roll over the text links again (Home | Book | News | Author)
Only seems to happen in IE, any thoughts?

It may be due to a CSS property which shifts your links 1 or 2 pixels left in hovering mode
