While Sharepoint may seem like a weird request i think it would be good for Artisteer now that Sharepoint has become so big. the best part is that if you produce Templates for Sharepoint Artisteer would them could be used in hand with the now free Sharepoint Designer.
Sharepoint is going to be big in Office 2010 since Groove now will be integrated with Sharepoint so you will have Sharepoint Designer, Sharepoint Workspace (Groove) and Sharepoint Server in the same suite. Artisteer could sure benefit from that. i mean just look at sites like Ferrari.com among many other commercial and not commercial sites that are now Sharepoint based.

Yes, I have the same opinion. You should realy think about to support
Sharepoint Theming. I am working with Sharepoint since a while, and it is always a mess to make a site in the CI/CD of the customer.
With Sharepoint 2010 there will be some improvements, but a Studio to build the Theme for Sharepoint is really missing in the market.
