I downlaoded the latest artisteer version, now I have serious problem with my exported Drupal theme. When I login as admin, the tabs bar that suppose to display on top of each pages allowing me to edit the page doesnt show up anymore. Instead, it display the following error message,

warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'mysite_menu_local_tasks' was given in /usr/home/mysite/public_html/includes/theme.inc on line 617.

This is really quite frustrating. Anyone have any similar problem with me? How do I fix this?

I had the same problem and managed to get rid of it after installing Artisteer once again on top of itself and rebooting Windows.
I then re-exported and uploaded the theme which finally fixed the problem.

Had the problem, emailed support and got this reply

We made small changes and you will need to clear your cache.

For Drupal 6.x:
1. Go to Administer->Site Configuration->Performance (e.g. www.sitename.com/admin/settings/performance).
2. Press "Clear cache data" button.
3. Press "Save configuration" button.
4. Refresh the browser (F5)

For Drupal 5.x:
1. Run update.php script www.sitename.com/update.php.
2. Follow instructions on the page and press "Update" button.
3. Return to your site by clicking the "Main page" link.

Haven't tried it myself yet as while I was waiting to hear from them I re-installed the previous version of Artisteer as I was in a rush. So let me know if it works!!
