I realised that my current design is not sufficient for what i need and i know artisteer only creates basic designs.
I need my home page to display newest posts, which is supported.
Then I need the rest of the pages to show the newest posts relating to that page Ie: When menu button House is clicked a list of boxes with a pictures and descriptions with houses comes up on the page, with comment features in each box
Are there any free templates out there or anyone know if this is just CSS i need to tweak ?

This is not just CSS. You need some custom coding. In WP you have Pages and Articles or posts. Posts are what show as newest. Pages are static information pages and are viewed by clicking a link to that page whether its on your menu bar or on the sidebar somewhere. individual posts will show comments but the comments are not shown when you view the blog or archives or catagories.
I'm not sure I follow exactly what you want to do when you say related to a page. Do you mean all posts in a specific catagory? There is no relationship between pages and posts

What i want to achieve is a flash games website (not hosting my own games)
So for example, i want the user to have the option to click on different menu buttons for different type of games, and then a list of thumbnails of games with a little description and number of comments and number of times played comes up. Also allowing for Adsense advertising. Sounds pretty simple, thats why i thought CSS is suficient.
But as you say this sounds like custom coding.
Problem is im allready stuck with my own design and graphics and colour schemes etc. I suppose the best way to solve is to get a template and transfer gfx or copy that functionality code to my theme, if its legal ?

If you have set your latest posts as your home page(going settings->general) your blog/site will display latest posts.
As you said about displaying related posts on clicking menu item on home page, you can achieve it by inserting few categories as hyperlinks on your home page so that when someone click that hyperlink, posts related to that categories open up.
