Is anyone else noticing a muddying of a custom header file? I'm creating it it photoshop and dpi etc looks good. When I upload it into Artisteer I get a muddly/blurred/pixilated version of the original file.
Any suggestions or anyone else finding this?

Exactly what i am lookin for.
i made a great header in photshop with a DPI of 500..
when i insert it in Artisteer my dpi looks like 0...
Just F*CKED.

Is the problem resolved?
I have the same problem. If I view the image directly (domain.com//templates/mertl_cms_2011_3/images/header.jpg) the picture looks gread. If I take a look on the website, the embedded header image looks muddy, blurry.
The picture isn't re-scaled, no effects, no gradient etc...

Depends on what format you export . Sometimes jpg does not look good but I always use PNG and they look great.
