on joomla extensions > template_name > edit css > template.css
look for this code
/* Adds special style to an unvisited link. */
a:link
{
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, Sans-Serif;
text-decoration: underline;
color: #??????;
}
change the ? for the color code that you want.
on artisteer program:
on the top menu
click articles > hyperlink > link > then change the color

Go to menu and click fill under items and you'll be able to select color of all of the states of your menu buttons
