Error when i execute Artisteer

I reinstalling my SO, Windows XP64. I reinstall Artisteer and the i try to execute, i received the error (in spanish):

"La aplicacion no se ha podido inicializar correctamente (0xc0000135). Haga clic en Aceptar para terminar la aplicacion"

I need your help.
