Hi,

At the site of cmsms you'll find the page Full Themes. Some of those themes are made by Artisteer. You could ask the maker how it's done and how much time he spend on it.

Hoi

FYI CMSMS Time

I make themes from Artisteer to CMS Made Simple and a basic theme takes about 10 to 20 minutes. With base components and some customization. Thats from the time I export out of Artisteer and have a working theme in CMSMS.

It actually takes me longer to design in Artisteer than exporting over to CMSMS.

Definitely! It would be a great advantage of Your product :-)

I've been developing a few sites based on CMS MS with Artisteer-designed tempates. Every time I need to modify the templates meaningly, I have to go across a time-consuming procedure from html/css template to cmsms-template. Why not to include auto-generating of cmsms-templates to Artisteer?

Since CMS Made Simple's popularity is growing, such a support for it can bring You a number of new customers, I guess.

Best regards,
Michal.Q

We all CMSMS lover are left by Artisteer all alone as they really dont care about CMSMS nor they care about US, This discussion was started on 6/3/2009 and yet no reply from them. Now i am sure they will never do it or might be they CAN'T do it :*)

If you guys know anything later net that can help CMSMS do let others know about it.

MAX, as a customer support representative for a different software company, I can tell you this here, where I wouldn't put it on my own company's support forums: Just because you don't get a response doesn't mean that the idea isn't appreciated or read or cared about. The company is a small company, and they're in the midst of releasing 3.0, which is a huge priority for them. Adding another CMS likely just isn't priority right now. We're not talking about Microsoft with dozens of engineers, and the few engineers there are, are working on a new product launch, there's just not time to add small functionality in. Give them a break already! When they have time to delve into the dozens upon dozens of suggestions on this forum, I'm sure they'll consider this one as much as the other ones.
