I think IE8 is having trouble with CSS sprites.
All my themes that uses sprites for buttons, menu tabs and background shadows have small glitches.
Have you found a way to fix these issues?

The left side of the tabs are missing and the left site of the search button is missing.
I have created many themes like this and it is always the same.
Any advice appreciated even if it is just a hack.

That is strange. I see you have quite a few themes and they all do the same thing. Has anyone else loaded up one of your themes and do they get the same results. Send me one of your .artx files. Lets see if it works (or doesn't work) for me. I have never had that happen to any theme I have made. bob@gdscomp.com

I found the problem. The plugin 'head cleaner' was doing something with the css/js files.
