Help!
I have created a theme and exported it using the export wp theme button so that should be correct. I have saved the folder and since copied it into the wp-content/themes folder where it lies next to the other themes. The folder contains a lot of PHP files an imagefolder, a screenshot-file and a bunch of other files.
So in my view it should be correct but it does not show on my wp admin wher I can see the other themes on the wp-content/themes folder. This folder lies on my harddisk - do I upload it to wp somehow? As I understood the new theme would be visible as soon as I have added it to the correct folder...
I am somewhere between and right now after spending the whole evening trying tó figure it out so please help!
Kind regards,
Mettekoogko

Hello Mettekoogko,
You will have to upload it to your online directory wp-content\themes folder. The internet can't access the files from your hard disk.
Let me know if you need more clarification.

I thought that was the problem but how do I do that?
I haven´t worked with wordpress in a long time and have no idea af what I did when I installed it. It has something to do with the php-files...or not?
I would appreciate a bit of guidance...
Kind regards,
Mettekoogko

Go to settings-> general, fill your blog title and slogan, save it and your blog title will start showing up.
You may want to post your site address here, so that I can suggest you something.
