You have to design the login form in joomla back end and assign a module position of your choice to it then it'll start appearing on your site.

As Ralanyo said you need to place your login form on desired module position. Artisteer creates templates and module positions in it but you need to place the modules on available module positions yourself

hey please am a new user to artisteer an wan to design a login form for my mikrotik hotspot server so how do i go about this please i have read the manual but ehmm still have a problem

I've eeeehm the same problem.
There is a login, but there is no log in menu..????

if you add content in Joomla then in fact Login form module is added under Joomla admin area. In Artisteer you create the design. In fact Login form includes the input controls, text and button.
Youmay design these elements in Artisteer under Controls ribbon.
