You have to design the login form in joomla back end and assign a module position of your choice to it then it'll start appearing on your site.

Artisteer templates allow following module positions: http://www.artisteer.com/?p=help_joomla

Did you actually read above problem? I have the same issue and had almost paid the $130 for the software, but now it's questionable. The login form is displayed in Artisteer on the designed template, but after uploading to joomla it is NOT there. What kind of creator is this, if it shows one thing on a screen which is (according to your response) NOT there at all and one has to go into ridiculous lengths in order to fix it. Is Artisteer an incomplete package or is there something else we should know?

The login will no show up in joomla unless you enable it in Joomla.

You have to go into modules in Joomla and enable the login module for it to show up on your site. If you did not install the sample data when you installed Joomla you will have to Go into modules > new >choose login>fill in all of the appropriate info and make sure you publish it.

As Ralanyo said you need to place your login form on desired module position. Artisteer creates templates and module positions in it but you need to place the modules on available module positions yourself

When you look at an Artisteer template in the design mode of the program, it "illustrates" all of the possible default locations and appearances of Joomla content - some of which can be arbitrary.

After installing an Artisteer template, its duties end and Joomla takes over.

As with other content, a login module must be created and placed into a module position.

GO TO: Joomla admin module manager and select NEW, then login module. Assign it to the module position you want (left? right?) and publish it.

@guidoo
if you add content in Joomla then in fact Login form module is added under Joomla admin area. In Artisteer you create the design. In fact Login form includes the input controls, text and button.
Youmay design these elements in Artisteer under Controls ribbon.

Hi,

Anyone who knows why the font type, font color and font size done in Artisteer does not show up in Joomla? I.e. Still the same small greyish font.

Thanks.
