Under 'Blocks' > 'Content' There is "Text Padding"
This also gives padding to other content such as pictures.
Please allow for text-only padding.

Actually nevermind. It can already be done by setting the "text padding" to 0 and then going to Blocks > Text > Paragraph for both the Header and Content.
This way you can have other content with no padding.
They really should change it from "text padding" to just "padding" though.

Interesting.... In Artisteer, it appears to work, but when viewed in the browser, the text adjustments are completely disregarded.
This needs to be fixed.

Changing those values actually ended up affecting the distance between the header and content for the modules and left the text alone.
