when i create WP theme, i can't fix width off picture like other theme( dfBlog, inove)

It is not the theme's width problem it is your image's width problem. Width of your theme's content area where it holds images is 655px, but your image's width is 1020px, so decrease the width of your pictures or upload correct width pictures(may be 655px width)

i know, but when i change the other theme (inove- fixed width), image's width is fixed, u can see (no change image'width)

Some themes resize the inserted image to best fit size but this function is not in Artisteer themes
