Color differencies between JPEG and PNG in header on Safari |

When you have a theme with rounded corners at the top, the header image is split into 2 parts. One with the transparent round corners, and another with the inner of the header. if you leave the inner as JPEG, there is a color difference bewteen the png background, i always have to set the file format to PNG for the inner header in the options. why does artisteer not just save the header as ONE file instead of two?
