1. Vertical Menus (in addition to Horizontal Menus) so I can have a navigation menu that would be on the left (and/or) right side of the template, as opposed to only at the top of the page.

2. Fluid Template Designs so they would automatically and dynamically stretch based upon the size of a users browser window. There could be fixed width components but the main outer width of the template would be fluid (stretchable). Just Fluid optional designs.

3. Template that would have THEMES by industry so the graphics would be theme based.

4. The ability to drag and drop components around on the page such as the menus, blocks, etc.

5. The ability to identify the starting and ending points of the components on the page so I can quickly and more easily go in, remove the parts that will be controlled by a CMS system. This way if your code showed the starting and ending points so I could just remove everything within that area and just replace it with a code snippet from the CMS system, this would be great.

Artisteer is one fantastic program and is probably the best software I've purchased in the last five years, but ...

I agree totally with Gary's comments above...

There are some pretty cool themes being coded by hand, such as Press75 and Revolution/now StudioPress - it would be nice to have some drag and drop components to create themes like premium themes out there.

Of course being able to add Plugins like Carousels and Image Swappers and others JQuery effects would be nice too - but they'll probably have to be added manually.

Here's one cool theme: http://demo.mattbrett.com/blackaperture/
There's plenty themes at ThemeForest that I'd like to create using Artisteer

I agree with the definite need for the ability to create templates with overall widths in percentages instead of just pixels. When I used to teach HTML development, I would disqualify most projects which were fixed width because they fail to "adapt" to the environment of the visitor. Fixed width is too much like conventional magazine layout -- which is an unfortunate trend among web designers who came into the field from print layout.

A good designer takes into account what will happen when their site is to be displayed in a variety of widths and on a variety of platforms. Offering only pixel width settings is akin to developing for "IE only".

Please add this feature as soon as possible. I'm a paying customer, so I hope this feedback matters. Thank you.
