my WP Theme gives a white load flash for a sec when clicking on a button in the menu in the theme.
This looks not proffesional, good someone give me some advise?

It may happen because of slow internet connection, you may post the URL of your site

There should be a property associated with an image " background-color". It is used because sometimes image take some time to load but the background color prevents from going it white.
You case is exact case, image takes some time to come and background color come early, background color is white so it gives a white flash

So i should change background in the frame or the outside background?

Just had a look at the site using FF 3.0.10, IE7 and IE8, and don't see any issues. Nice looking site, though.
