Sorry , the lines did not come right to explain as I was expecting they will appear. Anyhow , the top article comes wide which is perfect, but any other ones comes after ( below) where there should be 2 column , but eventually, all the rest go to the left of the screen below each other and nothing on the right.
Please help to have 2 columns.

That sounds like you need to adjust your settings within Joomla for displaying articles on your "frontpage" and nothing to do with Artisteer.
In your administrator area navigate:
Menus > Main Menu > Home [edit menu item] > Parameters (Basic)

I have made some change , therfore the link is unavailable Dan, and thanks to Sven,, it did work by changing the coloums to 1.
