Hi All!

I purchased artisteer a little while ago, and overall I'm really happy with the results, except that my site doesn't seem to be compatible with Internet Explorer!
I usually use Firefox myself, and I've tested it with Google Chrome, but I get error messages when I try it with IE.
I'm not an expert scripter, and I have made a few small changes to the theme's script so that it fits my needs, but I'm hoping someone can shed some light on my problems...

The question is: Why doesn't my site work well with IE??

The address is
<a href="http://explorers.crlaforest.com">Explorers.CRLaforest.com</a>

Thanks for any insights!!

Cheers,

Cam

Just a note -- I downloaded the latest IE version (8.0 - I believe) and still got errors. Could this be related to the minute changes I made manually to the theme or is this a problem with Artisteer-generated themes?

Thanks!

Cam

It is due to the changes you made manually not because Artisteer generated code, as it generates code which is fully compatible with all browsers including all versions of IE

I'm having some trouble in IE as well. The sidebar disappears on some pages. http://www.huggablepups.com/

You should contact Artisteer support at support@artisteer.com

Same problem for me... I have a long page.
Firefox ok, but IE not.

I have the same problem as Tom. My sidebar won't show up in I.E. sounds like it's a bug. I contacted support and I'm waiting to hear back. It doesn't seem to be a problem just with I.E. 8...but with I.E. 7 too.

I labored over this theme for a client and I forgot to check it in ie and it absolutely does not work in IE. I stopped using Artisteer because of this and I forgot about it.
I have contacted customer service twice now. I will pay someone to fix this for me. Any coders who can write a style sheet for me for IE?

Boy, is that not true! Same deal here for me.

Sidebar, only displays the top widget.

Not as big a deal, but same sidebar issue and the play button that should precede the article summary does not display.

Both these function perfectly in Firefox.

@ James

I have tested your site in IE6, IE7 and IE8 and seen that it is rendering just fine:
